This page contains the official rules, account policies and payment terms that apply when using the tik99 platform.
01 Introduction & Agreement
These terms apply to all users who access and use the tik99 platform (tik99.run). Using any service on this site even once means you have read and agreed to all of these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
tik99 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any amendments.
02 Age Restriction & Eligibility
tik99 services are available to players aged 21 and above only. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to open an account. tik99 may request proof of age for any account it deems suspicious. If false information is found to have been provided, the account may be immediately suspended and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
- One account per person only
- You must register using your own accurate personal details
- Multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended
- Personal information must always be kept up to date
03 Account Registration & Security
Users must keep their login credentials (username and password) secure. You must not allow any third party to access your account. If tik99 suspects an account is being used for improper purposes, it may suspend and investigate that account.
If you experience any issues accessing your account, contact tik99's 24-hour support team immediately. tik99 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access that was not caused by tik99.
04 Deposit Terms
Deposits at tik99 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay. The minimum deposit per transaction is 10,000 Ks. Deposits will be credited to your account once confirmed.
- Payment receipts must be kept for reference in case a deposit needs to be verified
- Deposits made using a third party's payment method are not permitted
- Deposits with mismatched names can be reviewed

05 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes after submission. Withdrawals can only be processed once the requested amount meets the deposit and wagering requirements.
- The withdrawal payment method must match the method used for the deposit
- Withdrawal requests may be updated following review
- Withdrawals may be held if any irregular financial activity is detected

Bonus Terms
06 Welcome Bonus
When you make your first deposit at tik99, you receive a 100% bonus on that deposit. The maximum bonus is 200,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and you get a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw winnings from the bonus, you must wager 15x the bonus amount — 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks must be wagered before withdrawal.
- The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the bonus and deposit are combined
- tik99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus without prior notice
- For accounts that have received a bonus, the deposit amount will be deducted first
07 Promotions & Offers
Each tik99 promotion may have its own terms and conditions. Any offer related to a promotion may be limited to one claim per player. If incorrect information is found in a promotion request, tik99 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
08 VIP Levels & Cashback
The tik99 VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As you move up, your weekly cashback rate increases. Cashback is credited as bonus funds and requires one wagering requirement to be met.
- Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
- Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week
- Gold — up to 0.7% cashback per week
- Platinum — up to 1.0% cashback per week
- Diamond — up to 1.2% cashback per week

Actions Not Permitted
09 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are prohibited when using tik99 services—
- Opening an account using another person's personal information
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses
- Using the platform for money laundering
- Using software or technology to predict game outcomes
- Disrupting the network and gaining unauthorized access to the platform
- Harassing or abusing staff or other players
If any of the above conduct is confirmed, tik99 may suspend the account, forfeit any remaining balance, and take action in accordance with applicable law.
10 Account Suspension & Decisions
tik99 reserves the right to suspend any account with or without prior notice—
- When a confirmed breach of these terms is found
- When financial activity is deemed to be unlawful
- When conduct contrary to our responsible gambling policy is noted
- At the player's own request

Liability & Limitations
11 Service Availability
While tik99 strives to provide services 24 hours a day, temporary service outages may occur due to technical maintenance, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Users acknowledge and agree that tik99's liability is limited during any such downtime.
12 Responsible Gambling
tik99 uses SSL encryption and a random number generation system to ensure fair results in all games. However, tik99 does not take responsibility for any losses incurred by players — by using the service, players accept that gambling is a personal decision and should only be done with amounts they can afford.
13 Personal Data Protection
